So I've received an unsolicited opportunity to change to a touring bike. I love my Dyna, but I'm stuck mulling the options.

The backstory, my father stopped in at his local dealership over the weekend. While there a salesman caught him drooling over an '09 SE Ultra. With the economic conditions the dealership is having trouble moving bikes. This particular Ultra has been sitting on the floor for over a month, and the dealer seems willing to bend over backwards to move it out the door. Without even discussing trade in values, my father walked out of the store with numbers that have him seriously contemplating a move back up to an Ultra. Now is where my problem comes in. Given my fathers generous nature, he called me and asked if I was interested in moving to a larger bike platform. He offered to swap his 100th Anniversary Road King for my '06 FXDBI, letting me move up to a larger bike platform. The dyna would be traded in his deal for the Ultra.

I have to say that I love my bike. It still needs some work, but my focus has been on lining up mods not shopping for a new ride. That said, a 100th Anniversary Road King in gunmetal blue, with interior wiring, Kuryakyn Panacea LEDs, Mustang seat with pillion, rear rack, etc. It's a tempting offer.....
